For the second year in a row, Post-Op was tapped to handle the editing, color enhancement, online and finishing and sound design and mix for the Downton Abbey promo campaign. It was a big job comprising of long-lead teases, series sells, and web featurettes.
This :30 spot was the national series sell for season 3. “Wait Is Over” was scripted, conceived and edited by the award-winning promo team of Laurie Wiggins and Dave Brier. The approach was to excite fans and newcomers with dramatic scenes from PBS’s most-watched drama of all time. Special credit goes to Ben Howard for the online finishing, Mark Haskins for the sound design and mix as well as Ted Snavely for the color enhancement. Enjoy!
